Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirming.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

• United Kingdom: 8-10 business days
• Australia: 11-12 business days
• Canada: 8-10 business days
• Rest of World: 10-15 business days - subject to customs delays

Carriers

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over specified amount, please refer to offer on product pages. This is automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is reached.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock location. You'll receive a tracking link for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split orders.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. BRNDS Group is not able to predict or absorb these costs. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Peak Season Delays

During peak periods including Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year - processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We'll always communicate known delays via our website banner and email.
