Returns made simple.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right. Because we work directly with global fulfillment partners to keep our prices low, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Returns Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to report a genuine factory fault or damage with your item.

How to Report a Fault

To successfully report a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our website contact form within 60 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photo or video proof of the damage.

  2. Once the fault is verified by our team, we will send you official return instructions and the appropriate return address within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back to the address on your shipping label without contacting us first.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving your official return instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your faulty return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your balance.

Exclusions

We strictly cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

  • Hygiene-sensitive pet products (including but not limited to used pet beds, open treats, grooming tools, or pet clothing/harnesses that show signs of pet hair or use) unless initially defective.

  • Items reported or returned after the 60-day window.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by your pet after delivery.
